Kevin Kirby is a seasoned business executive-turned-social entrepreneur using his experience in finance, management and governance to disrupt the addiction care industry and solve America’s greatest health challenge.
An addiction survivor, Kirby is the founder and CEO of Face It TOGETHER. Face It TOGETHER leverages innovations in data science, technology and customer experience to fundamentally transform today’s addiction care system.
Face It TOGETHER focuses its efforts by delivering value to its customers in three main areas:
- Private sector solutions for employers, who bear the brunt of the enormous financial impact of untreated addition;
- Chronic care for addiction by providing science-based peer coaching to help those affected successfully manage this chronic disease; and
- Proven outcomes, as measured by its validated, proprietary assessment tool, to its members and their families.
Face It TOGETHER, founded in 2009, is based in Denver and operates coaching centers in CO, SD, ND and MN and serves members in more than 16 states. It is committed to scaling its model broadly to communities nationwide. Face It TOGETHER’s vision is a nation that has solved addiction.
In 2013, Kirby was elected to the prestigious global Ashoka Fellowship for his work as a social entrepreneur with a “systems-changing idea” for an intractable social problem.
Kirby’s background includes owning and operating a nationwide financial services business, private equity and decades of public company board experience.
He lives with his wife Peggy in Denver, CO, Sioux Falls, SD, and La Quinta, CA.
