Megan engages new referral partners in a range of communities and sectors. She also manages the onboarding process for all new coaching members, educating them on the process and matching them with the best-fitting coach.

Megan Colwell is Face It TOGETHER’s Director of Community Engagement. She’s responsible for engaging new partners and referral programs in a range of communities and sectors. She also helps raise awareness of Face It TOGETHER’s services, including free coaching that has been made available through various grants. Additionally, Megan manages the onboarding process for all new coaching members, educating them on the process and matching them with the best-fitting coach.

Megan has spent nearly 10 years in the nonprofit industry. During her time as Executive Director of the March of Dimes, she oversaw fundraising, relationship management and overall operations throughout North Dakota and South Dakota. She has a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from the University of South Dakota and extensive experience traveling throughout the Midwest to create meaningful partnerships.

A resident of Brandon, SD, Megan loves spending time with her family. More often than not, you can find them all at a baseball game.
