Meghan comes from a background in fashion, but changed her career path to help others overcome the disease of addiction.

Coach type: Person with addiction

Coaching since: 2018

Lived experience:

My addiction started when I was 15 years old, shortly after I was first hospitalized for anorexia. I became well from both diseases with very hard work and major life alterations. One of my favorite sayings,“this too shall pass,” is what said to myself over and over again, and what I try to help members work through.

I also have experience as a loved one of someone with addiction.

Professional background:

I come from a background in fashion, but decided to change career paths to devote myself to what I believe is truly my calling. I graduated from CUDenver with a major in psychology and minor in human development and family relations. Additionally, I am a certified Eating Disordered Recovery Coach certified by the Carolyn Costin Institute.

Eating disorders, mental illness, co-occurring disorders, LGBTQ+ community

My family is my passion for existence. I'm a single mom of an amazing 2-year-old boy. I love knitting, staying active, cooking, being outdoors and skiing. I'm passionate about fashion in all aspects.
