Katie's is diverse and includes experience negotiating large contracts with experts in the fields of safety, government and healthcare.

Katie comes to us with a wealth of experience in sales management and leadership to her role as Partnership Director. She works closely with the Face It TOGETHER President to drive revenue, collaborate with community business leaders and develop addiction management coaching solutions for the workplace. Always up for a challenge, Katie has a story of both personal and professional excellence.

Before joining Face It TOGETHER, Katie worked as a Sr. Strategic Partnership Manager for the Association of Perioperative Nurses (AORN), where she spent five years developing relationships with leading medical device and pharmaceutical companies in the surgical field.

Her background is diverse and includes experience negotiating large contracts with experts in the fields of safety, government and healthcare. She has a track record of success, consistently exceeding sales targets, being a team player and finding solutions to complex problems.

Katie has a history of supporting community events. She has completed two marathons while fundraising for the American Stroke Association, trained for a century bike ride fundraising for the Leukemia Society and participated in Ride the Rockies in support of the Denver Post Community Foundation. She has challenged herself with such things as walking on a division one tennis team (twice!), survived “crocodile watch” while living in the outback of Australia with the National Outdoor Leadership School, rode the Triple Bypass bike ride and even completed the Mastery Program of Anthony (Tony) Robbins.

Katie holds a degree in exercise science and is excited to blend her passion for learning about the body and mind with helping those suffering from addiction. She has seen many people she cares about suffer from the disease of addiction and is ready to help end the stigma attached with this undercurrent in society. When she isn’t working, she is active with her husband, and a proud mom to three amazing little boys and two hairy Labrador sister rescue dogs.
