Jane Ingalls has 30 years of business experience with a focus on articulating and executing strategy that drives organizational results.
Jane is charged with spearheading Face It TOGETHER's launch and long-term success in the Denver metro area and beyond. Her focus is on building and growing sustainable revenue and forging high-value partnerships with leading employers, healthcare and others.
In addition to her leadership role at Face It TOGETHER, Jane is the founder of Artemis Consulting Group, a group of talented consultants who work with boards and leaders to address business challenges, urgent matters and crisis situations.
Prior to starting Artemis in 2006, Jane served as senior vice president of corporate communications and chief of staff to the CEO and chairman of Janus Capital Group where she managed the company’s media relations, employee communications and corporate philanthropy departments. She served on the firm’s Executive Committee, which developed business strategy and set the overall direction for the firm.
Jane also held communications and marketing positions in New York City at OppenheimerFunds, Sawyer/Miller Group, Prudential Securities and Morgan Stanley. She received a bachelor’s degree in business and English from Hartwick College.
Jane is a member of the Colorado Forum and directs her family's philanthropy efforts, which focus on supporting students with learning differences. She is the former chair of Janus Next Generation Scholarship Advisory Committee and served on the Philanthropic Services Group of the Denver Foundation.
