Coach type: Person with addiction and loved one
Coaching since: 2018
Lived experience:
I struggled with addiction for nearly 20 years. It cost me almost everything before I found there truly is a way out and a life of abundance on the other side. I understand the challenges and struggles of this disease and the harrowing depths an individual can experience in the throes of addiction. As a living testament, I want those who are suffering to not give up. Change is possible, albeit a process, and happens when we begin to take small steps toward positive action.
Professional background:
I graduated from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business-Finance. I've worked as a certified health and fitness coach and an NCCA Orthopedic Exercise Specialist for the past six years. As a once-licensed CA real estate broker and account executive, I possess an extensive range of corporate experience related to sales and the finance industry.
Expertise:
Fitness and health, rehabilitation from serious injuries, goal-setting
Interests:
I enjoy fly fishing, yoga, tennis, weight training and taking my 3-year-old lab Axl, on walks in the beautiful CO outdoors. I also love traveling with my wife to warm locations and soaking up some sunshine! I'm very passionate about volunteering and helping those who are less fortunate.
