Letter to Investors and Stakeholders 2012 -
It’s that time of year again to reflect upon where this organization has been and where it’s going. If you’ll invest the time to read this entire letter, I think you’ll find it worth your while. While I’m normally a fan of brevity, it’s a challenge to describe a revolutionary social movement in few words.
Face It TOGETHER® is a social venture focused on solving one of our nation’s costliest and deadliest public health problems: addiction. We marry social mission with innovation and business discipline to fundamentally transform the way our nation deals with this primary, chronic disease.
We are a Mission-‐driven organization with a bold Vision and are working to create a national network of Affiliate organizations to implement the groundbreaking model developed in our pilot market of Sioux Falls, SD.

Report to Investors 2011 - Forces of Change
To borrow a line from an iconic melody of the ‘60s, “there’s something happening here.” As I set out to write my first annual report to investors, I find myself overcome with a sense of reverence, disbelief and humility. Indeed, there is something happening here. For the first time in history, an organization is building on the progress of the early recovery movement by clearly defining the major problems surrounding addiction and assembling tools and resources to solve them. - Kevin Kirby
