As a Face It TOGETHER Affiliate, a community shows it’s at the forefront of transforming the way the nation deals with substance use disorder.

Affiliates are critical to building the Face It TOGETHER movement because they bring the vision and mission of the organization to life at the local level. In turn, Affiliates receive the endorsement of Face It Together and have access to an array of services, expertise, tools and support.

Affiliates must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Recovery Community Organization. They must also be committed to adopting a local version of the private sector-focused Face It TOGETHER model, along with a number of other organizational requirements.
